I wanted to get a 4 yarder but was told all are same price and was recommended a larger bin, the operator knew his stuff, I was so glad I listened to him because I had more stuff to dump than I realized. My first time ordering a bin. Very pleased. The driver placed the bin exactly where I ask and he explained how to unlatch and latch the doors on the bin. It was delivered fast and they picked it up roughly at the time I specified. In the future I will use them again if needed. When I opened the doors I was surprised how clean the inside of the bin was.

Fantastic office staff and courteous drivers. You can set your watch after these guys! On time for drop off and pickup of bins, every time. Have used them at least half a dozen times, across the city, and will continue to do so!!! Good job BTDT team!!!

dumpster in back lane made it impossible to exit our garage for an urgent medical appointment without a dozen time-consuming maneuvers and damage to our car. calling them gave us nothing but a runaround - "need more information", unfulfilled promises to move the bin and keep us informed, long waits on hold. the dumpster is still there.
UPDATE: So they did it again some weeks later, and again, as it happened, when we had to get to an important medical appointment. No words.

We have used Bin There Dump That on multiple jobs already. They are always easy to reach by phone, usually get us a bin dropped same day. The drivers are on time, polite and sweep up the driveway before they leave. Extremely happy with the service, will continue to use them for our future projects.

Friendly service both on the phone and the man bringing the bin. They brought the bin when I asked them to, and picked up the bin within 2 hours of my calling. Would absolutely recommend them.
