The finest compliment you can give an organization is a fantastic testimonial. I have been a client for 7 years with my off grid solar system at our 18 bed private cabin. We use a lot of energy and Solar Solutions designed a system that works flawlessly for us. In addition, we are on a service plan with them, which we absolutely cannot sing enough praise about. They come out to our remote camp twice a year to test and tweak the system to keep it in tip top shape.

Solar Solutions is simply the best. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Solar Solutions Canada is a true solar solution! We own a lodge up north and have gone through multiple solar systems that subsequently all failed within 12-24 months. After consistent issues we finally decided to give Solar Solutions Canada a call. Their design team reviewed our entire properties needs and submitted to our review a well formulated proposal outlining their suggestions and cost breakdowns. The system was installed within 1 weekend and even came with a solar A/C for the main lodge building. Since the install we have had no issues whatsoever! The service was above average from what we experienced at other solar companies and Tim the engineer we worked with at Solar Solutions Canada was incredibly knowledgeable and versed in the multitude of applications available out there. We wish we went with Solar Solutions Canada in the beginning. It would have saved us a lot of headache and cash up front. As for these other reviews saying the staff were rude or that Solar Solutions won’t work for less then $35,000 is preposterous. Since my good interactions with Solar Solutions I have sent several friends and coworkers to their office for small things like batteries or solar cable and all of them commented back to me how pleased they were with the service and pricing. Solar Solutions Canada is the one and only true Solar professional in Manitoba in my opinion. Don’t waste your money with people that lack experience in this field. Your system will be a big investment, and you can trust that investment with this company.

We purchased a Magnasine inverter/charger from them which is supposed to be one of the better brands. between installation, accessories and the unit the price was over to $5000. When the unit failed within the warranty time they were immediately dismissive of it and where instantly trying to determine what we did wrong for it to fail. after going through a barrage of questions and it was clearly not our fault (They installed it), they brushed us off and told us to deal with a service repair shop. We had mail the unit at our cost to Kelowna as it was the closest to us. The manufacturer basically blamed delays on Covid and well over a year later it became clear the manufacturer was not standing by the product. After multiple interactions with Solar Solutions it was clear they had no interest in helping us either. By the end I tried multiple times to call or email Solar Solutions to see what they would do as this issue is really between them and their supplier, not me. They again ignored my requests and said its a manufacturers warranty, not their problem.

Went today looking to buy some items for my DIY solar system for my trailer. The staff there was very helpful, friendly and steered me in the right direction. Lots of excellent products and advice! Very impressed with their all in one charge controller and battery box. Definitely going back to upgrade my off road system!

I am building an off-grid cottage and am requiring a solar power system with battery storage. I walked into the store and was greeted by a woman who I told my plan. She then indicated that if it was not less than $35,000, they would not be interested. I told her that I was just here to source some parts and see what equipment they had and she told me they don't that. I was amazed by the rudeness and the unwillingness to help.
I have been designing power system for over 20 years(from 4kW to 4,000MW) using energy storage and inverters as an electrical engineer and all I was looking for was some parts to build my system. They seemed to have a good selection of equipment, but not willing to sell any!
