I went to renew my licence, thinking it would be a long wait, the staff would all be irritated, and expecting a bunch of random things would also go wrong which they wouldn't be able to fix, because that's how these go. Plus there was an old lady ahead of me who obviously didn't understand the process and had difficulty speaking.

Well. Everybody was really nice, the wait was reasonable, they got that old lady exactly what she needed without any fuss, everyone did their job right, and I was out of there pretty soon. Thank you to everyone who is kindly making things turn out well, and not just for me either.

Were the rudest when i came in. Didn’t help me at all with my problem and left me in a worst position in life jus cause they didn’t want to do there job. I recommend coming here if u want ur soul stolen. I canceled my insurance and the kept charging me and now im in a big debt that also has interest. I cant get DL or get insurance so i cant work yet they want me to pay everything all at once. Icbc screwed up my life for a lil. And the lady at this office laughed when i told her i had 500 bucks to put down. They don’t accept payments, only your soul.

The lady at the reception was not very friendly and looked very stressed after yelling at an elderly woman with disabilities just because she asked how to call a taxi. Her response to me was quite curt, but she still told me what I needed to do.

Check in and book your appointment, watch a queue online. Everything went quick. They will try to help as much as they can. We had a great assistants Greg and Deanna. They are great, answered all our questions and shared a great mood!

Might be the worst parking lot I've ever had the unpleasant chance to park in. I got lucky and found a spot right away but then i observed total chaos for an hour while waiting for my wife to finish an apointment.

People cannot park inside the lines worth crap. Several road age incidents. I would not feel comfortable parking here and leaving my car unattended
