The man which is always there, may even be the owner is extremely rude!! I have never had a worst experience at a bottle depot. He does not treat people with respect and yelled at us when he is telling you what to do. He then ignored us at the checkout pretending we weren't there. I believe he even ripped us off when counting our bottles. He needs to learn customer service skills and overall just how to be a decent human being and maybe smiling sometime in the future would be nice.

Great. I mean its an empty pop, juice and alcohol bottle return business so I expect there may be some sticky spots. The keep it clean as it can possibly be so wear your " not Sunday best" clothes and bring disposable gloves or cleaning wipes to keep you hands clean. One employee there was working there a few years back and left for a while. He's back and he's helpful, friendly and does his job well. Everything you could hope for from an employee at any business.5 stars because doing 4 because of not quite pristine is nitpicky.

I found the employee and owner to be extremely rude.

I also feel that he does not operate his business with ethical business practices.

When returning wine cooler cans he put them down as beer cans when questioned he said it was the alcohol content so he said it was beer. This way he could give you half of what you paid for deposit while doubling the money he takes off of his clients.

Today when I asked him to cancel the transaction he refused to return the cans to the customer who found out he was getting taken advantage of by the owner.

I would not recommend going to this return depot . Besides being rude he does not follow proper business ethics

The reusable trays which everybody uses to sort their bottles and cans ar absolutely disgusting. I doubt they've ever been cleaned. Everytime I've ever been here they've been filthy to the point of what I presume to be black mold growing on them. One would hope that during a pandemic items that the public touches would be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. The problem is that we don't even have a choice right now as grocery stores and liquor stores are not accepting cans and bottles.

The workers have to deal with a lot. They are reasonable. Give them respect and they will give it back to you.

I am changing my review because the woman who work there was very rude to me and threatened me because I have disability I have a very hard time understanding thing when she told me the cents of the cans for beer and non beer cans I feel like was getting rip off and I told her that plus didn’t explain to me why the beer and non beer cans need to be kept separate from each other this when she threat me is by saying that the next time I don’t separate they will send me back to table separate she said that threat to me in front of everybody I felt embarrassed, upset, annoyed and angry on top of that I was having anxiety attacks because I suffered from PTSD. I did file a complaint to the head office for the bottle depot on the woman
