It was a cold rainy day in April, and we had a uhaul full of mixed products to dump. The staff were AWESOME ❤️.
The gentlemen working there helped direct us with the best path to unload, and the young lady working the booth was so kind.
We were newbies and did not know the process, and they helped us every step of the way.

Demands "proof" the garbage is coming from collingwood, and then lists off some arbitrary metrics to measure that proof. I guess they prefer you lie? What a nightmare to deal with if youre working in the area but don't live here

If you live in the blue mountains (5mins away) don’t come here they’ll just send you away and tell you to drive 30 mins to the thornbury dump which is barely ever open…

Don’t use this place, price is ridiculously high, paid 341$ for 1100kg of garbage (vinyl windows and glass)
They gonna charge you depending on their mood.

We went to the closest waste management facility to us to properly dispose of a few old sheets of plywood. We were sent away and was told we had to find another facility that was designated. This kinda sucked as we had driven out there and we asked if she could direct us to were we could go for our area. She said that she didn’t know and was quite rude even to say to us that we could be from the moon for all she knew and would still not let us drop it off. Not surprised that garbage gets dumped on the side of the road when it is this hard to find a facility to properly dispose of some plywood.

Who ever answered the phone here specifically Aug 10th 2022 around 3:40 is the most unprofessional disrespectful person i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with refused to help with the issue i was having with waste collection seemingly because she just doesn't like doing the job shes hired to do. Simcoe waste management why do you hire disrespectful people who think it's appropriate to talk like stuck up children?

Scam dumpster. Very rude staff. Don't go without sorting everything. They accept you and don't allow you to dump and u leave with $60 of admin fees. Very rude woman at the cash who has no manner, no waste management clue and can't screen load properly and accept you to charge. SCAM! Stay away!

Best in dump in town, your top choice when you need to get rid of some junk or do recycling type stuff. Thumbs up for awesome staff!
