Super clean store. Very comfortable shopping. Staff was awesome. The donations go to a worthy cause so I felt happy shopping for me and helping others. I loved the vibes of the store. Thank you "New to You"

When you go up and ask how much movies cost they tell you a dvd and dvd seasons are $1, but as soon as you go to pay, they open the case up and count each disc to charge for each one. So instead of a dollar a case like they make it sound, you wind up paying much much more. I may as well go online and order a season of friends for brand new because a used copy there is only $2 less and it could be scratched. Not worth it! Many times in the past I've bought movies and tv series from there and they only charged me $1 so maybe ask your employees to stop making up random pricing rules whenever they see fit. At the very least, put the prices up on the wall and explain that for a 2 disc dvd, you have to pay an extra dollar for the disc with the special features, which most people dont even watch.

They might as well be new considering the prices, they overcharge by a good amount sometimes reaching above the items value, I think this makes no sense considering they are selling you used goods they obtained for free, please do yourself a favour and go support another thrift store.

Very sweet n kind manager n some of the staff are with Blue Heron n they work so hard to please youn are friendly too...
Nice to go into a thrift store where it nice n organized n clean...

One thing I'm gonna agree on is I've bought items n got a great deal n the next time I bought same item n it was double in price...
Staff just makes up an amount n changes prices to what rhey want not what ut should be n some items can get too pricey n that's why it's nice to have more than one thrift store on town...

I paid only $5 for the same item you wanted $40 for...
I don't like when staff doesn't have any idea what the price is n just guess...
I got same items at Drey's- the thrift store...

Suppose to be a good will store to help those in need but instead the only people there helping in need is themselves who wants to pay 100 or 50$ out of a new to you store.. they also need to bring haxb the 5$ bag day instead of 50cent day
