If I could give zero stars I would!

Worst company to deal with. Who am I even dealing with? Thought I was working with 1 company, then get charged by another company. Extremely shady and unprofessional.

Was quoted 1 price when booking the bin and then was charged a completely different price without justification. Charged some “environmental fee” that was never mentioned in ANY conversations.

Prior to the bin being dropped off, they said they would lay down some wood to protect the grass, came to find the bin completely ruined my front lawn due to nothing be laid down prior.

Calls never returned, why do I have to hound you down to get my business? Extremely unprofessional.

Stay away!! Would never EVER do business with them again.

I brought a bin from City Waste Management to dispose some access dirt when doing the back yard. Boy do I ever regret using them and don’t want anyone to ever go through what I went through. MY EXPERIENCE INCLUDED: GETTING YELLED AT, BEING OVERCHARGED, DELAYED MY CONTRACTOR AND DAMAGED DRIVEWAY.

1. When placing the bin, they did not support it property and damaged my driveway
2. They never answer the phone and when they dit, an Asian guy (I think he is the owner) would latterly yell, scream, and hang up when he is done talking.
3. My contractor asked the driver to drop the bin close to the curb. It was ok to do so when it was empty but when it got heavy they had a hard time picking it up. In the process, they further damaged my driveway and my across the street neighbor’s grass that we had to later fix.
4. By not showing up to pick up the full bin they delayed the workers an entire week. I had to keep calling to get them to come collect it… the guy yelled and said the bin is too close to the curb and too heavy for us to pick… “It’s your contractors fault he told the driver to drop it off at the end of the driveway!”
I said “your driver should have just said I can’t because it will cause a problem later on, he knows his truck and is doing this for living not the contractor”, he told me “If you guys would had SHUT UP and let him do his work we would’ve not have this problem now!” I was shocked. I have never been disrespected like this in my life. I had no choice but to take it as their freaking bin is full and in my driveway… I needed it gone for the work to finish.
5. When picking up I was at work, they asked the contractor to sign a waiver (who has not authority ) saying they are not liable if they damage the driveway.
6. Then they asked for my credit card information to take the bin away, spoke to Julian who said not to worry it will be charged based on weight and I will get notified before any charges go through and a detailed invoice will be emailed to me. I gave Julian the card number and never heard back.
Few weeks later, I check my credit card statement and I was charged $1,648. I called for days, the Asian gentlemen answered after 1 week, he claimed not to have my email address, but in a second when he pulled the file, my information was miraculously there and he sent the invoice.
When I argued with him how could they charge $1648 and neglect to notify me or send me the bill, he just yelled and hang up the phone on me.

I wish I had thought to check Google reviews before I rented a dumpster bin from this "company". This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company... Please DO NOT use this company as they will take your money then ignore your calls/emails. I can't believe I fell for the "How can we remain in business if we don't stick to our word?" shtick.

I rented a bin from them in December 2022 - the bin did not arrive on the day we agreed on, so we wasted a whole day waiting for them to come. Then they didn't pick up the bin on the day we requested, and after many calls, they finally picked it up a few days later and charged me a $700 deposit. I was originally quoted for about $425 and Nathan told me it was "standard practice" to charge a deposit over the quoted amount in case the bin was heavier than expected. He assured me that I would receive a refund for any extra charge, and they would email me the scale tickets. After calling for 2 weeks to follow-up on my refund, I receive ANOTHER invoice for $400+ as apparently my bin was 3x overweight which is hard to believe... Luckily at this point, I had warned my credit card company not to allow any further charges from this company.

TL;DR
DO NOT use this company. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, will overcharge you then ignore all your attempts to contact them.

I reached out to this company online to order a bin. only received an automated message saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours. I did not hear back from anyone. I have since tried emailing and calling and no response. So glad I decided to check the reviews as this company will not be getting my business. Hopefully a more reputable business will be able to now deliver on very short notice.

When I called about the bin they told me it would be around $450. Ended up costing me closer to $900. I called for the pick up after 2 days with the bin they picked it up a week after I called for pick up. After me trying everyday to get the bin out of my drive way. They never answer the phone and when I called to try to get my invoice it took over 2 weeks to get my invoice and I was charge double what I was quoted complete rip off don't waste you time with the company.

STAY AWAY! Fraud!! Scam!! Should be ZERO star rating
Regional Waste Transit & City Waste are the same company and operated by Julian.
In short:
• Extremely poor customer service, unprofessional, sneaky and fraudulent
• First gave a quote, then charged me for double the amount ($1200)
• Dropped bin 1 day early and picked up bin over 1.5 weeks after following up with him on several occasions.
• Took almost 2 weeks to receive final invoice after chasing him and was charged for 7.5 tonnes when in reality should have been at the very most 3-5 tonnes.
• Unable to produce bin # and weight ticket as proof
• Does not return calls or texts
I am currently disputing this with my credit card company
My 100% true story is very consistent to what other reviews have been posted online.
Do not get fooled and do not use either of his businesses. I have never in my life have been treated so poorly, unprofessionally and taken advantage of. Foolish me for not checking out the reviews.

Started our ordering process one week prior…had difficulty getting hold of them…finally did and order was placed. Delivery day…no bin. No phone call to advise us…I had to call and after numerous messages and phone calls was told the truck to deliver the bin was broken down.. Bin was delivered late the next day…and as it came off the truck both my husband and the driver were somewhat startled by the speed of the ( fortunately) last bit of descent. Called them 6 days later to confirm that they would actually collect the now full bin on the seventh day as ordered. Left a message, called three times, got a text to say he would call back…no joy. I called again the next morning 4 times in a row and finally spoke to the person who said ,” Yes, it will be collected today.” Two days …later it’s still in my driveway. No phone call to say why or when I can expect it gone! Not my idea of decent let alone good service.

Do not under any circumstances rent a bin from this company! Like so many other reviewers, the balance of my $1,100 "deposit" was never returned--an amount I estimate to be approximately $500 . I'll never know for sure because no weigh ticket verifying the actual weight was ever provided. Once they picked up their bin they stopped responding to my repeated calls and messages. They have absconded with my money--don't give them a chance to take yours
