Justin from That Dog Company has to be one of the BEST!! I was looking for someone to deal with the aftermath of the winter thaw! Justin responded quickly & with all the information I needed. He wasn't pushy at all & listened to my concerns. He followed up with me twice to make sure I didn't need anything else. Even though I didnt use That Dog Company - my downstairs Neighbours cleaned the backyard up- I want to say how refreshing it was dealing with Justin. He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable & easy to talk to!! I will 100% recommend them to all my dog friends & family. If I ever need his service in the future, I know Justin will be there to help.

When the snow melted I looked out into the backyard and thought, there's no way I'm picking all that up. I contacted Justin and booked a spring clean up, booking was done in a timely manor, and Jay did a great job, no poop no smell I'm pretty sure my neighbors were happy as well.

I contacted That Dog Company for a poo removal for my 3 dogs as a one time job. They were polite and friendly, on time, and did exactly what their services list! It was fantastic! The price was great and everything was simple from scheduling to paying! I loved it and will definitely be using them again!

This our first time using That Dog Company, from booking our appointment until paying the invoice, everything was simple. We were quoted a price for a spring clean up but the actual cost was less due to our yard not being as bad as described.
Efficient, friendly, economical and honest: we will be recommending them to all our friends.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!
Best service, great people. Have been using That Dog Company for awhile, no bad experiences. Friendly, and caring people! Love how if the dog is 'talking' to them (behind a glass window) as they do their job, they even talk back to the dog. Its so cute!! 🥰😍 Really great prices, and they even let you know if they see some poop that might be worrying. Always closes the gate (wish the meter reader guys would!), they are always just a phone call away or a instant message. No question is too small. Always there to help. Wish more people and companies would take a note from That Dog Company as to what good customer service is. Would always recommend this company. Will be a sad day when we move, because I would love to take them with us lol Also side note, they actually also give back! They give back to animals who need help. That's how amazing they are. Don't wait, give them a try. You won't regret it 🙂
