I had two loads to drop off on Saturday. It was tricky to back my rental utility trailer in the bay. Danny was so kind, understanding and really helpful. She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face.
I would also like to acknowledge another employee named Katule who helped my daughter and I with unloading one of our loads. He was friendly, helpful and kind.

My family went to this facility in Pickering on Saturday June 28 to dispose of several cans of paint. All staff members were very polite, courteous and helpful
There is one person we do need to highlight and that is Kakyle. He came to the car and assisted in bringing the cans of paint into his work area. He was not asked, it was just a natural response to my family. For cans of paint that were considered empty, he took the time to dispose of them in the bins. He was very polite, extremely helpful, overly kind and we thank him for his care and assistance.

Took some household paint in cans to the hazardous waste disposal at the Pickering Squires Beach site. I was initially told there was a limit of 12 cans. I had at least 17 cans, which I had rather laboriously hauled up from my basement, the accumulation of many years of painting in my home! After we unloaded 12 cans, the attendant, who was very cheery and helpful, suggested that next time to please bring no more than 12 cans. He then proceeded to unload all of the cans from my car. Very helpful, very cheery, and recognizing how much effort this was for a 75-year old. I really appreciated his understanding.

Today Tue June 5 we came to your facility to drop off some hazardous items. We came with mainly cans of paint and old motor oil, fluids. We were greeted by Kakule who noticed we had come with too many items when totalled exceeded the 50 litres per household per day. I was totally unaware of this but after Kakule provided us with the policy and limitations,we were satisfied. We are seniors and he helped us carry the items from our car to the table. He was very pleasant, very helpful and quite knowledgeable about his job responsibilities. Fine young man. Great employee. Thanks Henry and Angie

This is the absolute worst garbage/dump I have ever been to and I have been to over 15 different dumps all over Ontario. Absolutely no clear directions or signs. First Time to this dump and I asked an employee who was more busy having a smoke then directing or awnsering any questions. Was pointed to a pyle and it didn't seem right but this guy just kept pointing and didn't say anything. Went to wrong pile and unloaded half my stuff then was rudely and aggressively yelled at by some guy(employee)in a excavater ( who clearly smelled like booze )calling me stupid and saying i was not to dump there after watching me unload for 7mins. Tells me to reload trailer and bring over the another spot. I have never ever had any issues at any other dump or spoken to like that. They clearly need to retrain the staff and educate on how you speak to people. Also need some proper signage and more staff to actually properly direct the public. Also maybe should make sure the staff are actually fit to work

Hi, I meant to write this earlier. I visited your site on a Saturday in early May (2025) to dispose of hazardous waste material. It has been a long while since I visited your facility. Your staff, Adam and Kakule were friendly and very helpful in providing instructions and direction re: the disposal of the items. They were also patient in waiting for me to take out the items for disposal which was much appreciated!. Thanks!

My mom and I went today at Miller Waste Systems in Pickering. We went there to dispose of hazardous chemicals and were very impressed with the service we received. Since it was our first time visiting the facility, we were fortunate to be assisted by two incredibly friendly gentlemen, Kakule and Adam. They were exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process.
