Have a family? Don't work for them. They will constantly mandate you for weekends and your family will not get to spend them with you (especially long weekends). They will expect you to drop plans last minute. They will tell you that if you wanted to not get mandated you should take the Friday off, and then when you try they will refuse you the vacation time. This place doesn't care about its employees at all. They are just drones. I'm tired of worrying about plans falling through cause my family member will likely be mandated. I write this from bed, alone, again, cause of them.
