The fellows are ALWAYS friendly and considerate. Lucas, Chris, Robert, Kulwinder, JP, Ross to name a few We truly appreciate the work they all do. It’s not easy out there in the elements and slippery roads but they are always there like clockwork. My disabled son watches for them every week and they make sure to wave to him and blow the air horn. He even has his own outfit and hats which makes him feel part of the team! Thank you.

Terrible. I ve had to call several times now. They pick up one side and leave some us on the other side. When I tried calling at 3h45, and they close at 4, the machine came on with the weekly hours. This company is pathetic. Lived here 6 years and it went to hell when miller took over. I had to put one star or else it would ve been zero.

Cherry-picks what items they will and won't take for bulky pick up, and not much guidelines online saying what they'll take.

Very inconsistent in their pickup schedule. First of all, the expectation to have your garbage out by 630am is unrealistic for most people....and it can't be put out the night before or else the animals will get into it.

Regularly, they don't start pick up early, so of course you try to anticipate the schedule. But then they randomly start early one day before you can get the garbage put out, or they change their route and reverse it so you never really know when they're coming - unless you get up at some crazy early hour just for them.

Don't bother going to Sackville (Tantramar) Town, they'll just wipe their hands clean and tell you to contact the garbage company. Caution to any city or town thinking about contracting with Miller Waste.

They leave garbage & debris all over our driveway if a bag tears open. Happens with kitty litter a lot & we double bag it! & they leave trash bags that they aren't taking beside the bin instead of putting them back in for the next pick up. Training on how to pick garbage should be improved. Worst service ever when we have nicely gone out & asked them to pick it up for us also. Very poor attitude

Their scheduled weekly trash pickup failed in this week's snowstorm. I called & s/w a supervisor, who immediately promised to call by 6am next morning, which he did! Excellent recovery, 😊

Lady who answers phone (Emily) is less that helpful and borderline insolent! My $180 trash bin has been tipped, left on side, broke the lid hinges twice.
I know not the easiest of employment but for her to suggest that maybe someone else is sneaking around damaging the bins is childish at best.
Now I have to put video cameras up to PROVE to her that Miller is irresponsible and negligent!
