I called GFL (GroundForce) to deal with an environmental spill that could possibly contaminate the storm water system and eventually a creek. They showed up fast and attended the spill quickly and prevented a huge disaster. Their employees we very knowledgeable and professional and excellent at their jobs. They took time to explain what they were doing and why and put precautions in place to safeguard against any further damage. I will be calling this company anytime I run into environmental problems!

I live on hoffman st in kitchener, i have called them every yr cause there drivers pick up garbage across the street between 4:30-5:30am waking me up for the last 6 yrs. ive called & complained & they dont do anything about it. the kitchener number does not work to call them. nov 6 2023 at 5:30 am they woke me up banging the garbage can on the ground & into the machine .
