They are a propane company, what else to say about that. But every time I think about them I get annoyed. Their service is bad, they treat you poorly. No customer service skills in any sector. But, in some ways better than Superior but also the same. They over filled our tank, stunk up our whole house and personally that made me wonder about their safety. They weren't sorry about it either. Somehow the bill was the same even though they said they would adjust because of the overfill....

I needed my 18 YO air conditioner serviced and am so happy I chose Renway. Derek was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind! He checked the AC unit as well as the fan / system, and it is running so much better. My house is definitely cooler. 100% recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with. Had my AC go down on the hottest day of the year so far. They came out and had a look and said a new part had to be ordered (about 2hours after the call was made to them )After 2 days of wondering what was going on I called them back (on a Friday at 4 of all times, knowing there was nothing they could do) was told they are still waiting for the part to arrive and would call as soon as it shows up. Final get a call saying the part was in and to set a up a time to install it. They said they could be there with in 30mins. It’s great to know there are still company’s out there who believe in customer service. Thank you to Dawn and the technician (sorry don’t know his name ) for your efforts from start to finish.

We have dealt with Renway when we rented our water heater. We absolutely loved dealing with Renway from Dawn to Derek. Easy to deal with and very kind and honest. We had to get a new furnace, Dawn was very easy, kind and quick with our estimate. We asked for Derek again and got him and Jason. Both of them worked their butts off to make sure that everything was neat, tidy and perfect.
We will always recommend Renway to our friends and family.

Amazing customer service!

I needed propane tanks for a new build and worked with Jordan V. who did an amazing job arranging to have the tanks delivered and filled on very short notice. The owners themselves delivered and set up the tanks exactly as I wanted and provided me with all the pertinent information I needed. I definitely recommend Jordan and Renway's professional and friendly service. 5 out of 5!!

Family owned company over 40 years (which is very hard to find now), who actually care about their customers and their satisfaction. My families farm have been their customers for many years and they always go above and beyond to get them what they need when they need it and at affordable prices, no price gouging from these guys! Fuels, oils, greases, home heating, they get it all from them! Their staff is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend them to anyone!
