We had a number of things wrong with our A/C system. The most important was a corroded compressor. Aaron toiled away on a very hot and humid day, fixing every single thing and leaving us with blessed coolness. We were very satisfied with his excellent work.

Sean did an incredible job. He quickly determined the issue and explained what, why and how in a matter of seconds. I'm a bottom line person and truly appreciate his candor and humor. He also saw a trouble spot in the ceiling (something I would not have noticed in that area) and pointed that out - above and beyond! Then we talked about options for future replacement and he quite fully explained the various possible scenarios, noting that when it was time the tech would then make recommendations based on the situation then. This company is disorganized and dishonest. I had the service visit on Monday and was told the repair would happen by Wednesday, but when I called on Wednesday (because I hadn’t heard from anyone), they hadn’t even ordered the part yet. To make it worse, after they did fix my unit I was told I could only pay with a credit card if I would take on the 3% charge from the credit card company. I definitely would not recommend!

ABC Air Conditioning was very professional from the office staff to the technicians that came out to install the new AC unit. I would highly recommend their service.
