Ultimate Installz is extraordinarily professional and was a life line for a multi-point custom French door. Finally, referred to them after 2 locksmiths couldn’t handle job. From Andy Clark, Senior Service Coordinator, to Miguel, Service Tech, it was a flawless & smooth customer experience. They take measurements and document all with pictures, in case assistance ever needed in future. Incredibly reasonable with cost. I gave my locksmith their contact info as well. No one should struggle as I did to find them.

Andy and the whole team were very professional. The only challenge was the delay in Ultimate receiving the product to repair the windows. But we are very happy with Jesus and his team for professionalism and efficient repair making sure we were informed on any issues and delays that may occur.

Andy and his team are awesome! Miguel and Monroe walked in like bosses and fixed my door in a few minutes time. They totally know their products and super nice, professional and efficient! Would never use anyone else for windows or doors! Loved them!

A third party vendor who was hired to install an entire Fleetwood door and window package then subsequently fine tune the installation after occupancy…failed to resolve a series of problems they had created by improperly installing the doors and windows. In multiple occasions they were asked to resolve the issues…screen fleetwood pocket doors coming to with of 3” of sealing closed then stopping etc. the problems with this vendor continued until the Retailer recommended Ultimate Installz. Miguel and his assistant carefully analyzed the issues, then came up with a game plan to properly execute. Miguel was extremely attentive and beyond caring. The qualities in this individual were extraordinary. In one 2 hour visit, Miguel was able to quickly and efficiently resolve all the issues the original vendor had left us with. The other vendor blamed the issue on warped metal from the factory….utter nonsense…. Miguel made quick work of the other vendors thoughtlessness.

Had the hardest time finding a company to service my Fleetwood doors. Ultimate Installz technicians were knowledgeable and were able to order the right parts and showed up when they said they would. Had to wait a while to get on the schedule but was worth the wait and their professionalism and responsiveness is most likely one of the reasons for them being so busy. Will use them in the future if more issues come up with the doors.
