First time I'm using this company and all I can say is useless - Bunnings use this company as a 3rd party. I was told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours, by the 3rd day I called up asking what the go was as I needed to find out weather to be present at the property or not. I was told "we'll get someone to call you." Not one single person has contacted me & it's almost been a week.
I understand work loads etc but come on! This sort of customer service is disgusting!

We had James K deliver our goods today. He was prompt and on time, professional and friendly and offered to place the rather heavy item wherever we wanted it but we had enough hands for the job. He gave us tips on how to lift the item also. 5 stars out of 5 for his service. We will use this company again if all the staff are like him. ?

After our treadmill was just dropped off near our front door by Allied, Kitset Assembly Services came to the rescue by fitting us in with no notice, not just the same day but within a couple of hours. They finished the job of the delivery company, beyond their remit, then did a great job assembling the treadmill. They ran into a manufacturing anomaly which caused some problems but their patience, persistence & professionalism resulted in resolving the problem. Very polite guys doing the install, management very helpful, all great to deal with. Comments also passed onto Rebel sport.
