Yesterday we finalized our solar project with Molen Company.
The whole project with its delays and complexity of the processes around government loans would difficult to navigate if it were not for Jonathan MacDonald.
I am overly impressed with his communication skills and personal approach. His explanations were easy to understand yet in great depth showing his excellent knowledge in all aspects of solar installations and operations. He patiently answered many of our questions and made a few recommendations like checking the warranty on the metal roof or contacting the insurance showing that he has our interest at the top of his service. He send engineer to make sure panels are actually can fit on our Tudor style roof. And when things get sideways with the timeline because of the difficult weather summer and NS Power delays in inspections, he continuously updated us with the status, never left us in the dark. His maturity, clear intent for the client to be happy is exceptional.
I would recommend your company to any of my friends. Installers and the electrician were friendly and careful around our roof and gardens. Little things but yet speak a lot about the approach. But it was Jonathan's guidance that made the whole experience great.

The owner Brent has been professional and his “lead by example” attitude is reflected in the team who installed our panels. Brent answered our numerous technical questions quickly and thoroughly and helped us design a system that would maximum the number of panels we could install. Sam and the website kept us informed each step of the way. They took care of all the paperwork for the rebates and completed all the permits for NSPI and HRM with little to no input required from us. Kyle and the installation team did a great job arranging the panels on the roof and routing the feeder cables to the main service.

The way they mount the panels to the roof is unique. They use an upgraded system that ensures the roof won't leak.

There are many forms to sign, and Nova Scotia Power is difficult to deal with; these guys make it easy.
