Worst experience my company has ever had. The driver refused to pick up our bin multiple times and always find excuses even though our bin is not heavy at all.

Worse company to deal with ever! Never answer any concerns you might have. Never gives you a scheduled date for pick up. Monthly pickup ends up being almost 6-7 weeks. Happen multiple times but still charged the same. Terrible service in every way imaginable.

Service is awful. Everything is weird here. Do not sign on the contract.This is a scam company, stay away from it. They never on time to pick up, you have to pay them on time , just stay away from this sucks company.

I don’t know how companies like VanPro stay in business. They do not follow the pickup schedule in your contract. Often missing pickups for over a month! But they still demand to be paid for the months even when they didn’t come by to do the pickup!!
At the end of our ridiculously long 5 year contract, we have been trying to terminate the contract and the process has been an absolute nightmare. Even though we moved to a new business location they refuse to cancel the contract at our previous location, even with 3months of advanced notice prior to the contract expiry!
Save yourself a bunch of headaches and avoid this company!!

On Christmas, we did a major cleanup, generating a lot of trash.
The driver promptly arrived and took away all our garbage. I am very grateful for their service! I recommend their company "s services!

The addreas is wrong, service is awful. Everything ia weird here. Do not sign on the contract.

Unfortunately these are very bad people. We have Camera footage at our restaurant of their garbage truck dumping a huge amount of garbage juice from the bottom of their truck on to our restaurants street side patio.

The smell was so so bad , worse than you can Imagine and for 3 days lost us and our neighbour restaurant all our business as of course no wanted to sit outside and eat with that smell. The liquid went all over our patio and under our grass, it was so bad that even after we power washed the smell still didn’t go , we eventually had to tear up all of our patio .

We spoke to the owner Mike on the phone and Lisa , unfortunately they are dishonest liars , they pretended to say they would come and sort the situation out and took our details and then just blocked our numbers , we never heard from them again. So sad to see a company and people with so little concern for local businesses and the environment and so little pride in what they do.

The worste customer service I have ever experienced. They have missed several garbage pickups without any warnings or explanations. they have missed sending me months and months of invoices. language barrier when I try to contact them. Some of their phone numbers are disconnected. Very frustrating and not fair to be stuck in a contract with this company.
