To say Gauis and Cratec "saved our bacon" would be an enormous understatement! After trying to play "general contractor" and hiring contractors myself to renovate our main level half bath, entryway and kitchen we ended up having to fire the original contractor and scrambling to find someone to save us and Gauis was that guy! He was very sympathetic and worked hard to move our project along as quickly as possible; thank you!

The work completed by Cratec was top notch. If and when I ever take on another renovation I will definitely hire Cratec and highly recommend this company for any of your building/renovation needs.

Cratec did a major addition to our home while having to stickhandle through all the supply shortages of the pandemic. Those problems slowed things down, but did not in any way prevent the work from being topnotch. It's not easy putting a modern addition on a 100-year-old home, but they made it all look and feel right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cratec for any renovation project or new build.
