Had an inspection done on our one year old newly built home as our deficiency time was coming up and I didn't want to miss anything major just in case. AmeriSpec was fantastic to deal with and easy to schedule an inspection time. Shane Timmins was our inspector and was also amazing to deal with and very thorough.
