Employees in charge in scaling the coppers are new so I had to message the owner and tell about the issue. Few minutes later, he gave me a call and figured out what happened.

In the end I get paid for what is fair.

Good company, they are open 7 days a week.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Joss Bros. From my initial call, it only took about 2 hours to get my parts car off my driveway. Saeid, the tow truck driver, came in a timely manner, was professional and mindful of my property; he even went out of his way to help me clean up my driveway. I give props to him for being able to load the car onto his truck without wheels. I highly recommend this company.

They will rip you off don't go here 3and 1/2 tones is some how only 700 lbs on there scale they will not give you a receipt to prove it or give you your stuff back once it's out of your truck don't trust this place they are extremely rude and will try makeing you seam like a idiot

Good place to get ripped off. I didn't feel like arguing the amount with the sketchy employee. it was just me and him at the end of the day. It was such a joke. The sketchy employee probably pocketed the rest of my money for drugs. No recipe, no proof. Very unprofessional. I will never go back there .

Went there 2 days in a row with 70lbs of wire each. Both trips were the same and yet I paid $100 the first day and $50 the next ? No receipt, no nothing. Just some change and a have a nice day? Will be going elsewhere

for starters i would give it a minus 1 star. they will rip you off. if you have never been there, dont go. i should have loaded it back on my vehicle and left. first off, one guy punches the weights on his phone, the boss comes out asks you how much you figure you have there? $$. if you say you have no idea, well expect about 30% of what you actually should get. there is no receipt or tally of any kind. just cash. you dont have to show id or anything. i dont know how they still have customers. if you want to get ripped off go to joss bros. i guess its my fault for trusting a business to not take advantage of you. pretty sad.
