Terry Isenbecker worked closely with me to find a home within my price range. He listened and remembered what I wanted and what I was looking for in a house. Terry answered all of my questions (there were a lot of them) thoroughly and quickly.

With the amount of bad faith tenants and the residential tenancy act being difficult to follow properly, it was a huge relief to not have to worry about my property being rented when I didn't live in FSJ. Their monthly fee is very reasonable for their services, and even my tenants agreed they were awesome to deal with.

I had previously rented with century 21 in a fourplex building with 1 other tenant for almost a year and a half. Once the other tenant had moved out we have received a notice that we were to owe Century 21 and Laura Westgate $4,000 for damages made to another unit. They had claimed we caused the plumbing to back up by flushing non flushable items resulting in the damage to the bottom unit. We had went to court for this issue, where it was found all four units share the same plumbing line, and given the date Century 21 had provided it was found that it was possible for the backup to be cause by the other tenant. I would not recommend renting through Century 21 or Laura Westgate.

I applied through their website and talked to them briefly, they seemed really awesome through the email, I asked some questions while doing a walkthrough showing, then j got an email stating they did not want to rent to me now.

Weird because my questions where not invasive nor where they rude, I commented about the appliances and asked if they had a place to store their appliances like the fridge and I would like to buy my own and use it there, I like a higher quality fridge for personal use, ice machine more space, I have needs is all.

I got an email and asked them why, not a reply back at all.
How can some be so horrible to a possible tenant, sheesh. I'm going to go with moe at sterling management, he seems to have a heart.
