I was very impressed by the job David and the folks at Prime Hardwood did refinishing the floors of our 1946 home. Some areas were in such bad shape I wasn't sure they could be brought back to life (before and after photos below). The bidding and planning process was smooth—they are very responsive to texts and emails. When the work started, the crew showed up on time, clearly explained what work would be done that day, and cleaned up the project area before they left every day. The floors were finished on time and at the price they quoted, even though there were a few unexpected boards to fix. I highly recommend this team!

We were putting an addition on our house and wanted to match our existing hardwood floors (from 1925!) Prime Hardwood came out right away to give us a quote, gave us a fair price, and were flexible with when they could come to complete the project. David and his team did an amazing job refinishing our oak flooring. We recently purchased a home with carpet in the bedrooms but were delighted to see the original hardwood underneath. Prime’s quote for the work was not only the best, but the customer service was top notch. It took only two days to refinish nearly 400 sq ft of hardwood in the bedrooms and adjoining hallway. The results are stunning and they matched the stain throughout the house flawlessly. I can’t recommend them enough.

I hired Prime Hardwood Floors to refinish my oak flooring in 3 bedrooms. The floors were worn out and disgusting. David came out to give me a quote and was really honest and fair. He gave me a quote the next day and it was in my budget. The workers finished on time, and were amazing. They made sure everything was cleaned and covered everything with plastic. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get work done to their floors. 5 stars all the way for Prime Hardwood Floors.

The aftermath was excellent! I refurbished my original 71year old hardwood floors and the results were incredible, every detail was taken care of and it was all well made. I have to give tons of credit to the workers that did the hard labor work and Alfonso the go-to guy on site. The people I interacted with were very easy to work with and were great to communicate with :). Highly recommend this company.

Prime Hardwood Floors did an absolutely beautiful job with our floors. We had the entire house done right after we bought it, and our time table, since we needed to move into the place at a specific time, was really tight. They were able to accommodate that time table, and even changed their schedule for when the clear coats would be put down midway through the job to ensure that we could move into the house on time. I highly recommend them.
