Absolutely horrible place to go. She will take half of the bottle money and keep it for herself. I called her out for not counting the bottles correctly and she followed me out the door and told me to count the bottles myself next time. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will drive to get better service next time.

Very honest and accurate counting. Falun bottle depot is extremely accommodating and does pick ups as well. The owner Veronica is friendly, personable and very hardworking. I will always bring my bottles here.

Called ahead as I only had one day off of work to get the bottles done with the kids. Owner was hard to understand on the phone but eventually figured out they were open so I packed up the kids and the bottles and headed over. Upon arrival we were turned away because they were out of cash. Yard was in kept, signage falling off the building. Poor signage showing open dates at the highway. Google maps shows them in ponoka which is 45 minutes away from actual location at falun. I just got the feeling this business is cheaply and poorly run. Very unprofessional. Staff seemed nice in our Brief interaction but I’m sure they can only do so much when the establishment is run down. I found the Breton bottle depot to be much better and will make the drive there instead.

I'm here at 3:30 and it's Closed. Sign says open till 5. There's a reason why I take my empties to the city to return and this is why. Terrible!!
