We needed to replace a defective 'builder' quality gas fireplace recently and found Rob and his Alpha team to be knowledgeable, professional and helpful in selecting & installing our new Luxor unit. Would gladly use and recommend Alpha in the future.

We bought a Valor H3 fireplace with a clean kit install and birch log set from Alpha Home Energy in Abbotsford. Rob and his crew handled everything very professionally.

We already had reno's in progress along with our own gas fitter. Even so Rob happily dealt with us, and even figured out some measurements for us. Plus his initial all in price was well worth the drive from Chilliwack.

Moreover, after sales service and our extra parts return were seamless.

Most of all this unit is so realistic looking when it's on, only missing the log crackling noise! Heat is also outstanding. Even without a fan option it radiates very well. We did get the 120 volt ignition adapter option, well worth $40.

I had a new fireplace built and they did an awesome job as you can see. This is the second fireplace Alpha did for me. My outdoor see through fireplace is now 10 years old and still looks and works great. Rob built both and he is super to work with!

Easy experience in the showroom. Rob was very helpful and understanding of our needs. Install happened as scheduled, and was faster than anticipated.
