Contacted Chris for a bin because we sold the house, bin was there the next day. Chris came through the following weekend, when he was able to pick up the bin on a Sunday. Would recommend them because of Chris’s ability to follow through on his word. Many companies will tell you one thing but do another.

We have done business with dumpstars and were consistently charged numerous times on our credit card.
We have called multiple times and emailed with no response from anyone from this business. id be very wary of doing business as this seem to have happened to more than just our company.

Fraudulent Behaviour. We used this company in the spring with no problem. Then suddenly in Nov a $541 dollar charge was put on our credit card. Despite numerous conversations with Chris Gallo he has refused to refund our money. Now in dispute with VISA.

Update: Despite the wonderful post below stating the charges have been reversed...this is completely false. Charges still in dispute with Visa and vendor has made no attempt to resolve issue despite his post below.

We have multiple vacation properties throughout Kelowna and have used Chris Many many times. No Issues with invoicing, He was always on time And his crew was always polite and friendly. We have Referred him multiple times.

We live in W Kelowna had a major flood in our kitchen due to our dishwasher flooding in the night. We were in a bind we had to demo our kitchen fast. The same day we had a nice big bin in our driveway. The owner was so sympathetic and said he could relate. I highly recommend this company.

This company will over charge your credit cards, not send you invoices or return messages. They are thieves who will steal from you. BEWARE

We called Dumpstars for our Penticton renovation and were very happy with the service! The price was good and we got rid of all of our demolition material in one swoop. We were able to fit 2 10 yard units into our back yard with the expert positioning by Chris. Would highly recommend Dumpstars to anyone who wants a no-hassle experience with demolition.
