How is anyone supposed to get off work for the day and bring a load of garbage here when the hours are 9 to 5? It's ridiculous.

Also, there have been several times when going during the day I could bring an entire truck load of trash, and I get charged 26 dollars, but then other employees charge 41 dollars for the exact same load. The prices are inconsistent. They take tires, but not if you brought them from work
They take used oils, but not if you brought them from work. So then what? People have to illegally dump them or what? That's not very eco friendly if you ask me.

Girl with all the tattoos Is incompetent and doesn’t know what she’s doing every questioned I asked I was rudely answered I don’t know call 311 , seemed like her cell phone was more important then helping customers

Everyone here is always nice but this morning was extra! A gentlemen by the name of Ezekiel helped me unload the tree branches out of the back of my SUV. It was really nice of him to do that without me even asking! Thank you sir for your incredible customer service!

This location is closed on Statutory holidays. That's what the sign at the location says. This website says it is open on the August long weekend and it is closed. It would be nice to have a phone number to call to confirm if it is open or not.

The employees at this location are excellent. The city however needs to update the opening hours on google. Sept 30 is not a recognized stat holiday in Alberta so if you’re going to close then at least post it so people don’t waste gas to come find a locked gate. Not publishing a phone number and sending all calls for everything through to the main 311 line doesn’t help.

Made a trip to Kennedale this morning. I called beforehand to see if there would be anyone there who could help unload a toilet. They told me no, that I would need to bring someone to help me. I brought along my 83 year old mother-she’s the only help I had. The fellow at the entrance was very nice. I was met by a second worker and when I told him what I had to drop off he told me he would unload it for me. I was so relieved. And pleased. So was my mother. Lol. A great big thumbs up for the staff at Kennedale. I go there periodically and am always pleased with the service I receive and how friendly the staff is. Thank you!!
