Overall services and operation is fast and well organized. Only one clerk is too fast? I notice every time, she completed the print out pay slip while the cans just passed the alignment section and not even go thru the count section at the back. It's not even busy. I also hope she did the manual count correctly?! Will try to avoid this clerk next time.

I truly can't say enough good things about this bottle depot. He went in on an extremely busy Saturday even had to fight for our spot in the parking lot. We walked in (expecting a wait) and right away there was a staff member standing inside pointing to the screen above his head saying stall two and guiding us down there, he's really kept everything organized and moving. And then the young man that sorted our bottles moved like lightning. We were in and out of there so fast and could not get over the line of people that they were able to get in and out so quickly. Always have a good experience here thanks so much for providing such great community service.

I love this bottle depot I have been going here for the last 3 years and absolutely love this place. They are fast, efficient, and friendly! It’s so clean. Just went today and it smelled of cleaner floors were freshly mopped. The workers work hard. Keep it up!!

The most exceptional customer service in the least expected place. I had a busy day ahead, the gentleman actually came out of the depot and removed the bottle bag from my trunk!!! Dumped it out for me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The depot was clean, not that noisy like they usually are and the staff were super friendly. Fantastic

Fish Creek Bottle Depot is a wonderful place to take your bottles in for recycling. They are friendly, fast, efficient, and very helpful. I have been going there for years. I have always received excellent customer care. The other day I parked in the handicap parking and as I pulled out my bag from my trunk, one of the employees came and took my bag to the counter for me, with a friendly smile, like he truly wanted to help me, no problem. As I was leaving I saw the same gentleman helping another woman with her 2nd cart. I applaud anyone who works in such an establishment, standing in one spot , in a very noisy at times place of work, twisting and turning, and doing repetitive work etc., with a friendly smile. I always greet them and say a big Thank You and I wish them a nice day! They also maintain their Bottle Depot, it’s clean and fresh and they have a little dish of candies of some sort. Just by placing a review I can enter to win a $250.00 gift card from Chinook Mall which I could certainly use to buy a new dress for 2 family weddings this year! My favourite bottle depot! People are very serious workers. Recently they started to use new can separating machines. Very cool. Payment system is self. Very convenient.
If I say complain, it is too high to pick the receipt of deposit. Hope the receipt machine sets a little lower for everyone.
