Very poor customer service, no one ever answers the phone. No one ever returnes
Your calls and no one ever answers your emails. I would not do business with a company like this. Very frustrating!!!

Edit: received several phone calls from the company with explanation so have edited my score for their trying to make amends.

Drivers are really bad and horrible drivers. Watched one pull out right infront of a woman while he texted on his phone and never even looked back. They leave a mess on the street if something misses the truck they just leave it.

The team at BluPlanet is top-notch, they stick to the pricing that they quote you, no hidden fees or tricky contracts that you get stuck in.

Best waste collection company I've ever used. They also do a lot of work in the community which is an added bonus.

Oh and they're local to boot!

Just want the thank the young lady that drives the truck to pick up our recycling at our building located at 1730 5A St SW, she is so caution and doesn't speed down the alley (as others do). The alley is a busy walk-way to many families with small children and pets in the area and to the elderly (60+ building.) She is such a good driver, we need more like her!
p.s. They do a great job taking care of our recycling as well, I'd recommend Blu Planet Recycling Inc. to anyone! 10/10
