Great experience here working with Justin and Caleb. I built a battery box containing 3 lithium batteries and an inverter for camping use. Caleb helped me measure up the necessary cables required and even pointed out some issues I had with the current cables I was using. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys here. Will definitely return in the future.

Dropped in today to see if they had what I figured would be an oddball battery. 12V 26Ah, but I needed an exact fit for a drop-in replacement. They had it on the shelf and the price was reasonable. Friendly service. Can't ask for more than that.

After having great success with the first (utility) battery I purchased from them about 5 years ago, I went in today for a car battery. It was a model that not many of the stores had in stock but these guys had them and at a very reasonable price. I will go back in the future and continue to recommend them.

Knowledgeable staff, decently priced and good selection but if you try to collect on a warranty claim they give you every excuse they can not to honor it. My battery started failing less than a year after purchase so I took it in and was told it wasn't bad enough according to their tests even though half the systems in vehicle were not working properly and I was getting warnings about a battery failure. Even had independent testing done to confirm it was the battery and not my vehicle. Ended up buying a name brand one and haven't had an issue since.

The overall experience seems to be great.
For some reason I don’t get more then a few years out of a battery but they do stand behind their warranty and are polite when you deal with them.

As for the battery life, I’m not sure whether it’s the gravel roads I frequent but two years seems to be the max I get out of the Canada proof batteries regardless of season.

Ignores emails and phone messages at corporate. When you have an issue they chose to ignore you and hope you go away.. stop selling garbage and warranty your stuff

One of the best companies I've dealt with recently. Not only did they understand what I needed (Putting a 3K inverter in my work truck) but they had everything in stock from the cables to the yellow top to get it done. They were a one stop shop and saved me a ton of time. Very knowledgeable people, a great overall experience.
