The Air Treatment ClimateCare team did a beautiful job installing my new Carrier furnace and heat pump. Derek and Chris were courteous and careful, taking care to put down floor covers and clean up as they were working. They even left my furnace room cleaner than they found it. The new heat pump has been better than I expected. It is much quieter than the old AC replaced and the indoor fan is so quiet I can’t even hear it running.

Air Treatment installed a Fujitsu ductless A/C system for us way back in 2009. Online reviews were much less common then, but the installation and the reliability over the past 9 years has been excellent, prompting me to finally write a review. I just contacted Air Treatment because we need to have two more end-of-life A/C systems replaced in our rambling old Toronto home, and my first choice remains Air Treatment to do the job. Denise is still on the job and has been with the company for a long time, always a good sign.

Based on that excellent experience 9 years ago, in 2018 Denise McCormack quoted us for a Fujitsu Ductless Heat Pump, a Payne furnace, and a Payne central air conditioner. It was a huge job in a rambling century home that called for lots of creativity and skill. Scott Bennett (Sr HVAC Engineer) and Derek Gray (HVAC Tech) were brilliant and met every challenge. The workmanship was superb and exceeded expectations. Scott's standards are very high, and he will never take a shortcut or let anything defeat him. The attention to detail and cleanliness were superb. Why couldn't every contractor have the standards of Air Treatment?

We have used Air Treatment for many years for regular maintenance on our furnace, hot water and a/c. They have always been responsive and efficient. Recently we had a double whammy with our hot water tanks and a/c both needing replacement within a couple of weeks. We were very pleased with the service received. Their staff (Derek and Kris) worked diligently to complete the work properly. Best of all when they left at night the place was spotless. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and a/c needs.

We decided to change both our air conditioners for upstairs and basement . Denise from Air Treatment came and gave us a great recommendation. She is careful and thoughtful! She came when the two gentleman came to start the task to ensure the job will be perfectly done as her plan. Derek and his partner came even on a cold day . They are very considerate and the job was done beyond my expectation. The area indoor and outdoor were tidy and job was professionally done.
