This is regarding Marty, the sales lady in Prince Albert. One. She never returns your calls even though you're a paying customer. Too. When you finally do get a hold of her through email she tells you she's not available that day. Three when you do get a hold of her on the phone she literally says I have another call coming. I will call you later. Like how is another call coming in? More important than the call that you were on? Horrible service from her. Same thing last year when it was muddy and they couldn't get down our road, kept trying to call and ask if we could drag it out to the end of the road and get it empty because it had been 3 months and she just kept avoiding and avoiding and avoiding. Thanks. It's like she doesn't want to do her job. I've tried emailing and calling and she always says she will get back to me but never does. S*** customer service

Last November, one of there disposal trucks cut me off on Idleywild drive North. They were at fault. I lost control of my truck without hitting their truck but cut somebody else off. Now i'm at fault. They're supposed to get back to me in December, but never did.
I thought Laura's disposal Takes these things serious. I guess not

My residential cart is safely picked up on schedule and within the advertised service window. When I have used Loraas for container rental the drivers were respectful of my property, placed the container exactly where customer service and I agreed would safely work, and left no damage or debris. Every single person I have interacted with for service inquiries is polite, friendly, informative, and helpful.

Reasonable prices to rent a bin when my basement flooded, delivery driver was great about explaining where the bin could & could not go. Same day or next day service whenever I called, customer service reps were top notch. Recycle pick up in my alley has NEVER been missed but we use common sense & follow the guidelines on the city website.

We have used Loraas in Saskatoon for our rural businesses for almost 10 years. We've never experienced a single issue. They are accommodating with our changing business needs, the bins are clean and sturdy but more so, the customer service has been outstanding. From sales, office and accounting staff, dispatchers and drivers - all get 5 stars from me! Keep up the great work. I recommend.

They refused to pick up my bin. Sent me a picture and said bin was too close to parked vehicles, they had more than enough room. I was informed drivers are paid per bin pickup. Bin has been in same spot for 6 years with no issue. Contacted customer service which did nothing. Poor service and they are not willing to resolve issue. Very unimpressed with this poor service. Loraas does not deserve the contract.

We use Loraas exclusively for all of our jobs. For some jobs, we use 3-4 bins per day. Loraas makes every effort to accommodate specific times even though they are always very busy. The logistics can be stressful but we are always treated like we are their best customer. Not once have we ever had a bad experience with the call centre or the drivers. Thank you Loraas!

I've used Loraas for almost 15 years for work and a few times for home. Fantastic! bins are clean trucks and drivers always clean and people that pick up my recycling at work are always friendly and accommodating! I Follow their guidelines and use some common sense when filling my bin and don't over fill it and I have never had a problem.
