This company is professional, quick and efficient. I needed my deceased cousins house boarded up due to squatters and within an hour after calling someone arrived to measure and get the job done. They were honestly amazing to work with. 5 stars all around

A room in my parents' home needed to be cleaned and sanitized after a mouse infestation. Merv was great to work with and very understanding. He clearly explained what the job would entail and promptly scheduled a service call. Chris and Deane were assigned to the project and were polite, professional and thorough. Awesome customer service! If there was more stars than 5, I would have given more stars. During a stressful situation as a water leak affecting multiple condo units, they were quick to respond and assess the situation. Luckily we did not have a need for remediation which goes to show that this is an honest company. It is very comforting to know that I have a reliable and honest company to go to in future for this type of issue. I would highly recommend 911 Restoration.

AMAZING customer service. The owner came out to our house within an hour of calling them (on a holiday might I add!). They were so thorough in their inspection and followed up with us frequently to check the progress of the drying process. They seemed like they genuinely cared about the safety and comfort of our home and wanted to resolve the situation for us in the most cost effective way possible. Thank you! Well I’d like to start this off positive. They were super quick when we had rain issues with a rental unit back in September. They had guys on site with dehumidification and to tear up the place. But after that is when it all fell apart. We were handed over to their project management guy Ray. Didn’t hear anything for over a month after the dehumidifier left. We were told at the start 911 could run the whole restorations from end to end. This is very far from the case. After chasing them down many times finally get told I need to wait weeks in order to get someone out there to even look at it. All this while I have displaced rental income. When I hired these clowns I was totally misled about their capabilities to actually be able to know the problem and provide the timely resources to actually fix and mitigate the issue from happening again.
Now in November we finally had someone lined up to come out to start looking at fixing the inside. But with zero thought or reason into why the leak happened into the basement to begin with. After I brought this up there was a massive panic from Ray’s inadequacy in running the project they decide to cancel the work.

Completely disgusting waste of my time. Still not fixed. Don’t get fooled by their initial fast response. They will totally screw you over after and take months to actually fix anything if at all.

I'm really let down by 911 Restorations. I reached out to them after finding a leak in my house. They were quick to get there and did the first part of the job well. They ripped out the wet carpet padding and set up fans to dry everything out. So far, so good.

But that's where the good stuff ends. They picked up the fans and promised me they'd send someone to fix my carpet. I waited patiently, even when no one called me back that day. I called them a few times, and all they kept saying was someone would reach out soon.

They even had the nerve to say their carpet guy tried to call me many times and left messages. But that's just not true. I never got a call, and I asked them to show me some proof, but I got nothing. Additionally I had to take days off from work, when no one showed up.

Finally, 7 days after the leak, someone said they would come by on Monday (another 3 days later) to fix the carpet. I'm really disappointed and feel like they just didn't care about coordinating with us or finishing the job. I can't recommend 911 Restorations. Their communication and customer service are just not good.

We had water damage between our duplexes. The damage was close to the roof line running down the exterior wall. We had a few assesments which ended being inaccurate/incorrect. 911 Restoration provided us with a free assessment and a repair alternative which was spot on. We highly recommend them.
