I had a terrific experience with 604-TRASH-IT and highly recommend their services. I live in social housing where I take care of my mother, who is quite the hoarder, and the building has occasional issues with bed bugs. I explained the situation to the gentlemen who arrived, and they were so understanding and good-natured about everything. Not only were they professional, polite, and efficient, but they were very thoughtful in how they handled my somewhat peculiar situation. I really appreciate good customer service (let's be honest, it's a rare thing in Vancouver), and this company certainly went above and beyond. I really can't thank them enough!

Samir was a true professional who arranged for the removal and disposal of furniture and junk from a one-bedroom apartment in Vancouver on an estate in a timely manner. Sean was amazingly helpful from the moment I called. He gave me a ballpark estimate and then firmed it up after I sent pictures. He was very good about follow-up emails and confirmations as well. On the day of the clear out of my parents' home, Sean (a different Sean!) and Megan were late because they'd fallen behind with another job. We didn't really mind because I never expect movers to show up on time, but they were so concerned that they comped us the labour fees for the job! They did a great job and finished well before the estimated time frame. Sean and Megan were lovely--super personable and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend 604-TRASH-IT! Why do you call a trash removal company? Because the job is bigger/harder/more intense than you can deal with yourself - physically and sometimes emotionally. The guys at 604-TRASH-IT made everything easy, convenient and their communication and execution were extremely smooth. They had great attitudes, talked me through different options to find the right service for my needs, and they were so quick! I appreciated the responsiveness over the phone and by text, the flexibility when I had to change plans, and the speed in which they worked. I really felt like valued my time. I would definitely use them again in the future.
