I would like to thank 50 Floors and Carolyn, my sales representative for the wonderful job they did! I am totally satisfied and so happy with my new bedroom and bathroom floors! I had water damage in my bedroom and bathroom and needed to replace the floors. I heard a commercial for 50floors on FISH radio and called to have someone come to my home with samples instead of chasing around to stores. Carolyn took care of everything, brought samples, made recommendations, ordered everything, schedulled installation in less than two weeks, provided my needed documentation for insurance and did it all in one afternoon. She was friendly, had great customer service, great advice with no pressure and I did not want any other estimate. The price was very reasonable. The installers were on time, called before coming, were respectful , friendly, cleaned up and did a wonderful professional job. The 50 Floor office kept in constant communication. I would highly recommend 50 Floor. They turned a home disaster into a successful solution and made the whole process simple and timely! I really love my new floors!! I would always use 50 Floor!

Jason and his staff were absolutely fantastic the entire process. I’m sure we’ll go completely right we have had some Dream Weaver carpet before and I have used 50 Floor previously they are fantastic. I highly recommend this company. They sell the best products at the lowest price unlike other companies that sell high-end products. They are about half the price.

We had a wonderful experience with 50 Floor. Terri was absolutely awesome to work with. She is very knowledgeable on flooring and communicated everything to us. The team that laid our floor were professional, considerate and cleaned up everything before they left. We had a great experience and will be sure to recommend 50 Floor to all our friends.

I would recommend 50Floor to everyone. Their selection was good, liked the price, salesman was courteous & knowledgeable, no high pressure tactics. Very cooperative & accommodating when we had to change installation dates. Installers were right on time, very respectful of our belongings, worked efficiently moved bulky items with care, cleaned up very well & moved back item for us where we wanted them. One of the best experiences we have had in our 50+ years of home ownership across the country and most of all the carpet looks beautiful complementing our decor perfectly.

Terri did an awesome job giving me a quote for carpeting and hardwood floor and explaining the whole process and looked for the best price for me. The installers did a great job too. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

I would like to thank 50 Floor for dong an amazing job with my new laminate floors. They exceeded my expectations! The floor installers arrived at my home bright and early yesterday. The job was completed in one day! Once everything was complete the floor installers cleaned up all of the leftover materials. They also did a walk through to make sure there wasn’t any loose ends. I would also like to personally thank Dana Mason for promptly addressing my concerns. You are greatly appreciated ! I’m looking forward to doing business with 50 floor in the near future.

Tom came out today to do some measurements and show us samples and oh my goodness what a sweetheart he is! He was so personable and kind. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful too. We can’t wait for our carpet to be installed in the coming weeks but I just had to give a shout out to Tom!! He’s amazing!
