WOW! I could not ask for better customer experience - call me ahead of time to advise they are coming, arrive early, load the items on the truck, process the invoice, and leave - it was seamless. Even better, I was so much lighter of items. It felt SO good! Highly encourage people to take the steps to coordinate an appointment, it was so easy!

I would want to compliment Devon and Spencer for the amazing work they did. They both arrived bright and early as I hoped for, and were not only quick, but handled everything carefully and respectfully. I'm really impressed in particular on how Spencer cleaned up the hallway outside of our apartment. This really shows care, professionalism and great integrity. I'm so glad to have engaged 505 junk for our apartment junk removal job!

Phenomenal company and has great customer service. Phoebe made it easy to book the service and also set up a business account. They called me within a few hours and offered to come in the same day and the pick-up was quick and detailed. Will be contacting them again in the future.

This is literally the BEST company and customer service I have EVER encountered !! I honestly wish I had taken a photo of my garage before Nathan & Israel showed up - GROTESQUE !! These amazing young men not only arrived EARLY but accommodated every request , were very polite and immediately got to work despite the disgusting state my space was in; garbage , Reno materials you name it from floor to ceiling ! The appointment was booked for a 2 hour time frame and these guys had the truck filled up within the hour AND swept up afterwards!
In terms of pricing , 505 was completely transparent and provided an estimate based on the WEIGHT of junk I had vs other company’s who charge by the amount. This resulted in a MUCH cheaper rate and a whole lot easier on the pockets ?
I can’t praise them enough, this is my second time using this company and I would DEFINITELY 10000000% recommend to anyone looking to get things cleaned up!

Called at 2:30pm for same day pickup, they came at 3:30pm. Super friendly receptionist and staff. They were super quick. They completed my 300lb load in just 15 mins. Only took them 2 trips via escalator. No complaints!!

Michael and Jay were our pickup homies. They were kind and communicative. It was a pleasure having them around - great people 🙂 505 was also kind enough to move our appointment earlier as their van had room. I’ve gotta say, I recognize phone manners, and every representative I spoke with was polite, warm and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend! 505 also measures your junk by weight which can be a huge plus for those wanting to dispose of larger light items. Take note other junk companies! 505’s doing things right! Huge thank you’s to all of you!

Happy to leave a 5-star rating for 505-JUNK. I started using this company when I had several storage lockers with the contents of two homes and was gradually disposing of many items. Since we moved to a condo, it's been a battle to keep the amount of possessions down, and 505-JUNK has been such a big help getting rid of anything that can't be sold or donated. I arrange a day and time (they're always on time), gather the items in a convenient location, and their crew does the rest. Always friendly, always polite. I usually put the items in my garage parking space, and they're super careful not to bump my neighbours' cars. Their rates are reasonable, and I like the extra service offered to give them bags of clothing they'll take to a charity for me, an extra service which is free. I've used this company half a dozen times at least so far, and keep coming back because I trust them to do an excellent job.
